Travel Fee: $25 (0–30 miles), $50 (31–50 miles), $100/hr beyond

Onboarding Fee (Monthly Support Plans Only): A non-refundable, one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 per physical location is required for all new monthly support agreements.

This fee does not apply to break-fix or one-time service clients and is due prior to the start of managed services. Complex environments may require a custom onboarding quote.

Onboarding Includes:

  • Initial system setup within asset management and monitoring systems
  • On-site visit for baseline software installation and configuration
  • Full documentation of devices, users, and environment requirements
  • Secure collection and documentation of administrative and service credentials
  • Network and workstation environment walkthrough and assessment
  • Implementation of policies, monitoring, and software packages outlined during the proposal process

Managed services begin after onboarding is completed.
